The 41-storey residential tower Me Do Re in the UAE is a new high-end project by Me Do Re Properties. The development was completed in Q3 2023 and is located on the shore of an artificial lake, next to a promenade, in the prestigious Dubai community of Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT).
The tower was erected using state-of-the-art technologies and high-quality materials. For the exterior finish of the building, facade systems from the German manufacturer Schüco were used.
The development is equipped with adaptable mood lighting, and the lifts have a hybrid destination control system by Kone. Electric car charging stations are provided on the 4-level parking. The entire building has free Wi-Fi and a modern access control system. Entry into the tower can be done using a mobile application or facial recognition feature. Quick and convenient access to the parking is facilitated by the number plate recognition system.
